🏆 Tournament Rules & Procedure – Swiss + Top Cut 📝 Decklist Submission All decklists must be submitted via Limitless. Only the submitted list may be used throughout the entire tournament. If you accidentally start with the wrong deck, you may prove this (e.g., by showing a card) and restart the game once – after that, you must play with the correct deck. If your opponent is using a different list, call a judge immediately.

🕗 Tournament Start Round 1 begins promptly at 8:00 PM. Make sure you're ready to play at that time.

🔄 Round Check-in Each round has a 5-minute check-in window. Only check in when you're ready to play. If your opponent doesn't show up within 5 minutes after checking in, call a judge. If you’re already chatting and your opponent forgets to check in, remind them politely – otherwise, a judge will be needed.

⚔️ Tournament Format: Swiss + Top Cut The tournament will be played in Swiss rounds. All matches are Best-of-3 (BO3) – the first player to win two games wins the match. With more than 17 players, the Top 8 will advance to a Single Elimination Top Cut.

🤝 Ties & Timer Rule Games in Pokémon Pocket can end in a draw. If a BO3 match ends 1-1 after the 40-minute round timer, it is recorded as a tie. If a match finishes before time but is not submitted in time, a judge may be called – screenshots required. If the timer ends and the match score is 1-0, that score stands: the player with one win wins the match.

🎁 1st Place Prize The tournament winner receives €10 PayPal credit.

🌐 Connection Issues If issues occur before the game starts: try restarting. During the game: the player with the victory screen wins. “Empty History” bug ➝ no win granted, take a screenshot and report it in ##judge-request.

🧑‍⚖️ Judges & Disputes Contact judges only via Limitless. Victory screen screenshots are mandatory in case of disputes. Without sufficient proof ➝ DGL (Double Game Loss – both players lose the round).
