Whether you're a seasoned competitor or a new player looking for a challenge, this tournament offers a fun and competitive environment for all. With Swiss Rounds and a Top Cut, this is your chance to prove your skill and creativity!

🔹 Tournament Structure

📅 Format: 5 rounds of Swiss followed by knockout rounds

🧠 Match Style: Best-of-1 Swiss Rounds followed by Top cut Best-of-3 Knockout rounds.

🎴 Decks can be altered and changed between rounds, there are no rules to your decks or any deck submission required.

👨‍💻Streaming is encouraged for top 16👩‍💻 Streaming guide found here

🕹️ Pairings: Swiss system (you’ll face opponents with similar win records)

💥 No eliminations during Swiss—everyone plays all rounds

🔝Top Cut Elimination Bracket

• Top Cut will be held after the Swiss rounds.

• The top players, depending on the size of the tournament, after the Swiss will move into a single-elimination bracket

• All Top cut matches remain Best-of-3

• Once you're eliminated, you're out—the last trainer standing takes the prize

• Top 16 ENCOURAGED to stream their matches in Discord, guide is found here

• Top 4 matches will be taken place individually, ONE at a time. If you make the top 4 make sure you wait to be called to start!

⏫️ Game Version: Pokémon Pocket TCG Please ensure you're on the latest version

🎴 Deck Submission: This is a trial bestowed upon you by The Celestial Guardians, no decklists are required to be submitted.

⛔️ Card Legality: All cards that are legal in Pokemon TCG Pocket will be allowed stream. Banned cards, if any, will be listed in the discord TCGGrandtrainers and stream

⏳️ Time Limits: Intentional delays or stalling will result in penalties.

📝 Match Reporting: Players must report match results promptly through the tournament platform. Disputes should be backed by screenshots or replay logs when possible.

🫡 Conduct: Good sportsmanship is mandatory. Harassment, cheating, or toxic behaviour will result in disqualification.

🤼‍♂️ Pairings, round timers, standings, and result reporting will all be handled through the platform, stream and discord

💬 For communication, rulings, and help, please join TCGGrandtrainers Discord or use the tournament chat provided

⏰️ Be on time—late players may receive game losses or be dropped from the event

🛫 Be present at check-in if it's enabled (typically 1 hour before start time)
