🔔 INFORMATION

• The Saga Cup is a free-to-enter Pokémon TCG Pocket tournament sponsored by the community and organized by the__SAGA. It’s the first of many competitions designed to spotlight top players, build community, and just have some hype, chill fun. Let the saga begin.

• To compete in The Saga Cup #1, all trainers must be part of the Discord community. This is where all match details, brackets, and exclusive giveaways are posted!

📋 Decklist Submission

• All decklists must be submitted via Limitless. • You may only use your submitted decklist for all rounds. • If your opponent is not using their submitted deck, call a judge.

Banned Cards:

NO EXs • Rampardos (A2 89) • Magnezone (A2 53)

⚖️ Sportsmanship & Rules

• Rule sharking is NOT allowed. Be cool. • Don't nitpick minor differences like similar names or alt art cards. • Be respectful to opponents, staff, and stream viewers—everywhere. • Disrespect, harassment, or toxicity = DQ.

⏰ Check-In

• Tournament check-in opens 1 hour before start time. • You must check in on Limitless or risk being dropped. • For each round: Check in during the first 7 minutes. • If your opponent doesn't show within 5 minutes of both players checking in, call a judge. • Do not delay your games after checking in. If you're late more than 5 minutes, it's a game loss.

Match Format

• All Swiss rounds are Best-of-3 (BO3), 45-minute rounds. • Top Cut matches are also BO3. • Top Cut may extend to Day 2 if needed. • Top Cut may extend to Day 2 if needed.

• 🎥Final 4 will be streamed! The Semifinals (Final 4) will be streamed live, so be ready to share your screen in Discord.🎥

🤝 Ties & IDs

• Pocket allows ties. If both players agree to an Intentional Draw (ID), a judge must confirm. • If the round timer ends and the match is 1-1, it's a draw. • Screenshots of wins are strongly recommended for disputes. • If you're mid-match and disconnected, the player with the Victory screen gets the win.

Streaming & Conduct

• Players may stream, but stream sniping = DQ. Use a delay. • Any form of cheating, exploit abuse, or misconduct = immediate penalty or disqualification. • If you are banned from the__SAGA's stream, you will be DQ'd from the tournament.

💬 Judges & Communication

• Use Limitless chat or public Discord channels for judge communication. • Be polite. You may appeal rulings, but always respectfully. • You must use a unique room code and tell your opponent your in-game name before the match if it differs from your Limitless name.

4–8 Players: 3 Swiss Rounds, No Top Cut

9–16 Players: 4 Swiss Rounds, Top 4

17–32 Players: 6 Swiss Rounds, Top 8

33–64 Players: 7 Swiss Rounds, Top 8

65–128 Players: 6 Swiss Rounds, Top 16

129–256 Players: 7 Swiss Rounds, Top 16

256–512 Players: 8 Swiss Rounds, Top 16

513–1024 Players: 8 Swiss Rounds, Top 64 (Day 2)

1025–2048 Players: 10 Swiss Rounds, Top 64 (Day 2)

2049+ Players: 10 Swiss Rounds, Top 64 (Day 2)

🎮 Tournament Structure

Match Scoring • Win = 3 points • Tie = 1 point • Loss = 0 points
