Hello, and welcome to the 1st "Kappa" Under Minitour!

Under is the name of a lower tier in the Orre Colosseum VGC Discord (Link), and the allowed pokemon and teambuilding rules can be found there in the "under" text channel's pinned messages. Battles will be Best of 5 Open Team Sheets and played using standard VGC rules. Due to the special format, games will be played on a special Pokémon: Showdown! server called "Dawn" (Link to Dawn Server). Battles will be played using the "[Gen 3] Orre Limited" ruleset, and replays MUST be uploaded by the match winner. Replay links must be posted in the limitless room chat, and can optionally be posted in the #replays channel of the discord.

Complete Ruleset:

• Sets will be played as Best Of 5.
• Item Clause, Species Clause, and Sleep Clause are applied.
• All Pokémon must be level 50 or lower.
  • In generation 3, this also causes any moves only learned over level 50 to be unobtainable.
• All battles must be played on the Dawn Pokémon Server using the "[Gen 3] Orre Limited" ruleset,
• Team Preview is active. Team use "bring 6, pick 4" rules, AKA 4v4. (players not required to bring more than 4 Pokémon if they wish)
  • This is a feature specific to Orre Colosseum, which is a major distinguishing factor from mainline games battling.
• Open Team Sheets will be used, and will be made public on the tournament start date.
  • This means you may change your teamsheet as many or as few times as you would like prior to the tournament start.
  • A list of eligible Pokémon is available in the discord. Any Pokémon not listed that are unevolved forms of listed mons are legal. Any other unincluded Pokémon are not eligible.
  • There is no round or tournament timer, but matches should be completed within around 2 weeks from the start time, not including top cut matches. Top Cut Matches will have another week to be completed.
