基本信息

1.本次比赛为国际标准环境，需要提交卡表，比赛过程中不能更改卡表。

2.本次比赛需要在ptcg live 官方服务器进行，请准备好游戏账号。

3.本次比赛人数上限为48人，先到先得。

Event Details

1. Standard format . Decklists are required

2. Matches will be played on the PTCG Live. Ensure your account is ready.

3. 48-player cap. First come, first served.

赛程安排

1.比赛分两天进行，每天比赛开赛时间均为七点半。

2.第一天晚上将进行四轮瑞士轮，积6分以上晋级第二天晚上的比赛，第二天晚上进行两轮瑞士轮，然后瑞士轮阶段排名前8的选手进行淘汰赛

Schedule

Day 1:

• Starts at 7:30 PM（GMT+8）.
• 4 Swiss rounds. 6+ match points continue day2.

Day 2:

• Starts at 7:30 PM(GMT+8).
• 2 Swiss rounds, followed by Top 8 cut

赛制规则

1.所有比赛均为三局两胜制，即在每一轮比赛中需要战胜对手两次才能赢得这一轮比赛的胜利；每一轮比赛中上一局的败者选择下一轮的先后攻。

2.每轮比赛限时50分钟，时间到时，若当前小局任意一方剩余奖赏卡少于三张，则判定奖赏卡少的一方获得当前小局胜利，其余情况当前小局为平局;然后若总比分为1:0则赢一小局者赢得这一轮，0:0或1:1则本轮平局。淘汰赛不限时

3.瑞士轮每轮获胜得3分，平局得1分，败北不得分；淘汰赛胜者晋级败者淘汰，直至决出冠军。

Tournament Structure

1. Best-of-Three (BO3) per round. game loser chooses go first/second for the next game.

2. 50-minute time limit per round:

   • when time out, if anyone remain fewer than 3 prize card the player with fewer prize card wins the active game,else situation active game will tie.
   • Tiebreakers: 1-0 score → game1 winner win round; 0-0/1-1 → round tie.
   • No time limit in playoffs.

3. Scoring:

   • Swiss: 3 for win,1 for tie
   • top cut: Single elimination until champion is crowned.

注意事项

1.如果在对局中遇到争议请双方选手做好截图报告裁判做裁决，如遇双方选手各执一词且均无证据证明则判双败

2.完成每一局比赛后请点击网页中的按钮提交结果，超时导致结果无法提交可能不会更改

3.本赛事不允许双开，一经发现，取消资格

4.比赛不设赛前签到，每轮比赛开始前都需要进行签到，五分钟未签到视为迟到，第一小局判负;十分钟未签到视为缺席，本轮判负;累积缺席两次视为弃赛。

5.有意拖延时间（如多次压时间出牌或双方剩余时间差距过大）的，核实后本小局判负。

6.用错卡组直接判负当前局，如果首回合开始前主动发现并报告则不予处罚，但第二次发现直接取消资格

7.出现bug掉线原则上出现问题方输掉这一局，若对手同意可重开，如第二次出现直接本小局判负。

8.本次比赛仅允许在最后一轮瑞士轮约平

Rules & Policies

1. Disputes: Submit screenshots to judges. Unresolved conflicts without evidence wil end in double loss.

2. Submit results promptly via the event page. Late submissions may not be adjusted.

3. Multi-accounting is banned. Violators will be disqualified.

4. Check-in required before each round:

   • 5+ minutes late → Game 1 loss.
   • 10+ minutes late → Round loss.
   • absences two round→disqualification.

5. Stalling*(e.g., slow play, significant time disparity) → game loss upon review.

6. Deck errors:

   • Incorrect deck → game loss.
   • Self-report before Turn 1 → no penalty. Second offense → disqualification.

7. Disconnections: Default to loss. Opponent may allow a restart. Second disconnect → game loss.

8. Intentional draws permitted only in the final Swiss round.
