Welcome to the FIRST-EVER Donni's Colosseum Clash!

Thanks to our community's incredible support, we are thrilled to launch the first of many Double Elimination Pokémon TCG Pocket tournaments!

Since this is our debut event, we may need to make some live adjustments, and we appreciate your patience. Our goal is to build an exciting and fair competition that will only get better over time. Get your decks ready, and let's duel!

Tournament Overview

• Game: Pokémon TCG Pocket
• Format: Double Elimination
  • Each match is Best of Three (first player to 2/3 wins advances).
  • This rule applies to both the winners and losers brackets.
  • Players are eliminated after losing two sets.
• Entry Fee: None (FREE to join!)
• Player Cap: Unlimited
• Deck Rules: Standard Format

Event Schedule & Broadcast

This is a two-day competition, starting Saturday, March 29th, and concluding with the Top 8 on Sunday, March 30th.

• Saturday:

  • Winner’s Bracket Matches will be streamed on Donni’s Pokéstop Twitch and YouTube.
  • Loser’s Bracket Matches will be streamed on pkmnmage's Twitch.

• Sunday:

  • The Top 8 Showdown will be co-hosted live by Donni and pkmnmage.

Prizes

🏆 $50 USD Prize Pool

• 1st Place: $25 + Pokémon Champion Discord Role
• 2nd Place: $15
• 3rd & 4th Place: $5 each

Registration, Deck Submission, & Check-In

• How to Register: Click the registration link at the top of this page.
• Deck Submission: All players must submit their deck list before the tournament begins. No edits are allowed after submission.
• Stay Connected: Join our Discord Server for schedule updates and important announcements related to the tournament.

Check-In Process

• Tournament Check-In: Players must check in 1 hour before the tournament starts.
• Round Check-In: Players must check in for each round within the allotted time. Failure to do so may result in a match loss or disqualification (DQ).

Tournament & General Rules

Tournament Rules

• Reporting Match Results:
  • Both players must report the results via Limitless TCG.
  • In case of a dispute, provide screenshots or photo evidence.
• Match Format:
  • Matches are Best of 3 (Bo3).
  • In a set, if multiple ties occur back-to-back, a judge may intervene to keep the tournament moving.
• Inactive Players: If your opponent is missing after check-in, call a judge.
  • Every 5 minutes of no response = 1 game loss.
• Judges' Authority: Judges have the FINAL SAY in all disputes.
  • If you need assistance, please call a judge immediately.
  • Provide screenshots or evidence for any dispute via Discord, if necessary.

General Rules

• Fair Play: Cheating or unauthorized behavior/actions will result in immediate disqualification. If you're caught stream sniping, you will receive an instant DQ and a permanent ban from future events.
• Respect Your Opponents: Treat everyone with respect—bad sportsmanship and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
• Technical Issues:
  • If technical difficulties arise, notify a judge immediately.
  • Matches may be restarted, but only if both players agree.
• Connection Issues:
  • Before the coin flip: The game may be restarted.
  • After the coin flip: The disconnected player loses the game (proof via screenshots required).

Top 8 Playoffs & Streaming Guidelines

All Top 8 matches must be streamed on Discord

• Each Top 8 match will be played individually
  • The Tournament Organizers (i.e. Donni's Pokéstop, Mods, Judges) will determine the order. Any match played off-stream will be considered void and must be replayed. Repeated violations may lead to disqualification.
• Streaming Quality: Ensure your stream is clear and stable. If you cannot provide a watchable stream, you may be removed from the tournament.
• Feature Matches: Wait for the match order announcement in Donni’s Pokéstop #dcc Discord channel before starting your match.
• Need Help Streaming? Ask a Judge or Mod for guidance. You can also watch this tutorial: How to Stream on Discord.
• Match Start Protocol: Do NOT begin your match until the Tournament Organizer announces the official start time in the #dcc Discord channel.
