The rules are pretty straightforward, all the usual rules of Gen 9 VGC such as OTS, Bo3, etc. but in this format will add (most of) the national dex and mega evolutions!

RULESET CHANGES:

• Standard 4v4 VGC rules
• The entire national dex of Pokémon are allowed to be used except for:
  • Shedinja, Restricted Legendaries (Mewtwo, Calyrex, etc.), Mythicals
• National Dex movesets will also be allowed except for hidden power which remains banned
• Z-moves are banned
• Dynamax is banned

As a side note when making your teams in showdown, make sure to use the original Pokémon and not their mega forms when using them in game or when submitting your team sheet because showdown won't accept them
