Custom Capy Tournament: No Colorless Energy #3

Welcome to our Custom Capy Tournament! Participation can join our Discord server. Please read the details carefully to ensure you're prepared for the unique structure and rules of this event.

Deck Rules

ALLOWED CARDS

• All Item, Tools, Trainer in All Sets
• All Pokemon that dont have colorless energy attack at final evolution (see examples)

Note: as long final evolution doesn't contain colorless energy.. Their evolution line is allowed..

BANNED CARDS

• All Pokemon that have colorless energy attack at final evolution

Examples:

• Mewtwo ex is banned because the attack contains colorless energy
• Vulpix is NOT banned because the Ninetales attack contains 2 fire energy and no colorless energy

Multi Evolution Examples:

• Any version of Magikarp is NOT banned because they can evolve into Gyarados (not ex) that contains 4 water energy and no colorless energy (but Gyarados ex is banned because the attack contains colorless energy)
• Any version of Ralts and Kirlia are NOT banned because they can evolve into Gallade ex that contains 2 fighting energy and no colorless energy (but Gardevoir is banned because the attack contains colorless energy)
• Any version of Eevee is NOT banned because they can evolve into Glaceon (but other evolved stage 1 Eevee is banned because the attack contains colorless energy)

📝 Tournament Details

Participation Requirements

1. Discord:
   You can join our Discord server.

2. Registration Information:

   • Provide your Discord username
   • Answer a fundamental question about the tournament's structure correctly during registration.

3. Tournament Check-In:
   A yellow "check in" button will appear on the dashboard 1 hour before the start of the event. Check-in is mandatory.

🏆 Tournament Structure

• Swiss Rounds: Earn as many wins as possible to secure a spot in the top cut.
  • Win: 3 point
  • Draw: 1 point
  • Loss: 0 point
• Top Cut: Top 8 players advance to a single-elimination bracket.

The number of Swiss Rounds will be determined based on the total number of participants.

If participants are:

1️⃣ 0-16 Players: 5 Swiss Rounds (BO1) with Top 4 Cut (BO3)

2️⃣ 17-32 Players: 5 Swiss Rounds (BO1) with Top 8 Cut (BO3)

3️⃣ 33-64 Players: 6 Swiss Rounds (BO1) with Top 8 Cut (BO3)

4️⃣ 65-96 Players: 6 Swiss Rounds (BO1) with Top 16 Cut (BO3)

⚖️ Tournament Policies

1. Proof of Match Results:

   • Take a screenshot of the victory screen for each game in case of disputes.

2. Incomplete Matches:

   • Matches not completed by the end of the round are scored as a double loss unless fault can be determined.

3. Connectivity Issues:

   • Games interrupted by app or internet issues count as a loss unless they fail to start before the coin flip.

4. Deck Violations:

   • Using a deck that different with submitted deck, results in an automatic loss for that game.

5. Family-Friendly Environment:

   • Players must conduct themselves respectfully. Inappropriate behavior or usernames will result in removal from the event.
