Sets and promo cards: Will be considered standard legal on the day they are available on PTCGL. "Standard" will be including all Regulation Letter marked cards (Currently F-H) considered "Standard Format" by Play! Pokemon Tournaments.
Swiss Rounds: are Best of 1 with a time limit of 30 minutes with a Check In timer of 5 mins. Time extensions can be granted with judges discretion.
Top Cut Rounds: Best of 3, with a 10-minute check-in period. There will not be a time limit for the bracket rounds, but if you fail to make yourself known in the lobby within 10 minutes of pairing, you will be given a match-loss.
It is the players responsibility to Check In prior to each match - failure to do so will result in an automatic Game Loss.
It is strongly recommended that you screenshot your victory screens, unless stated in the chat that your are leaving the game due to time/tie we will award the player with the victory screen the game.
Ties: occur when time runs out and a game is still playing. If a game completes before time, but you are unable to enter the result before the timer ran out. Screenshot the game result and request a judge. They will determine based off the screenshot and check-in times if you completed the game before the timer ran out.
In-game issues: Any issues that include game freezing, internet issues, device crashing, or any issues that occur with the client, will have a Game Loss issued to the player. Otherwise attempt to finish the game.
Connection issues when** starting** the game: If the game disconnects BEFORE either player has placed prize cards, players will restart the game and attempt to reconnect. If the game crashes during the FIRST turn of either player's game, the game may restart under a Judge's direction and the player whom crashed will take a double prize penalty, noted by the Judge. Any additional crashes beyond will result in an additional double-prize penalty, and a third time will subsequently be a game loss.
Streaming: Players are allowed to stream their games. It is recommended to have a delay on your stream to avoid "stream sniping" Any advantages gained from streaming from any player can result in match loss. This includes taking play advice from your chat, seeing the opposing players hand, etc. Anything that allows for an unfair advantage. Players who stream their games in the official Tournament Discord will automatically receive a five minute extension to their game if streaming from the start of the round.
Any player who is found breaking rules, using game exploits, harassment, etc. will receive penalties and possible ban from all future events.
Any player who is intentionally slow playing will receive a game loss at the discretion of the judge. Please call a judge AS SOON AS POSSIBLE for slow play.
Contacting Judges: Please do not add judges or organizers on Discord. We will not reply. Use the public discord or the judge call button.

CODE OF CONDUCT
HARASSMENT POLICY
All events will be held to the standard outlines in Play! Pokemon's guidelines:
*Program members should not harass, bully, threaten, abuse, or cause distress for another, including (but not limited to) fellow members of Play! Pokémon.
Examples include:
• Use of language, messages, symbols, images, illustrations, or links that discriminate based on attributes such as race, religion, ethnic origin, national origin, gender, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or economic means.
• Use of any language, symbols, or images that would otherwise violate the Play! Pokémon Inclusion Policy.
• Harassment of a specific person, such as through personal attacks, repeated and unwanted contact, threats of “doxing,” or actual disclosure of any personal or private information of another without their explicit consent.
• Threats or images of violence, harm, or retaliation.
• “Trolling” or baiting the community with inflammatory statements, especially when designed to incite hatred or unrest.
In addition to the above, participants should exercise good judgment when choosing when and where to discuss controversial topics and should be aware that jokes between friends are quickly decontextualized within a diverse, multicultural environment.
For more information regarding the commitment of Play! Pokémon toward a diverse and nondiscriminatory community program, please refer to the Play! Pokémon Inclusion Policy.*
SCOPE
This includes directed contact between players in the Limitless chat, as well as direct person-to-person contact via DMs or otherwise. Visiting an opponent who is streaming to wish them good luck, congratulations or thanking them for the game is fine - visiting them to mock, harass or otherwise will not be tolerated. Please keep it clean.
IN-GAME ACTIONS
Excessive use of in-game emotes will result in a documented warning. If the issue continues multiple times, this will escalate to DQs and future event bans. Please refer to the Play! Pokemon guidelines if there is any confusion for this - it does not matter if it's included in the game, spamming emotes excessively is not allowed.
Slow-playing will be documented and observed. If multiple infractions occur, this will escalate to DQs and future event bans. Please be mindful of others and keep a healthy pace of play.
