Tournament Gameplay Rules
To be followed by all participants on LimitlessTCG.
Deck Requirements
- All players must use a Standard Format deck.
- Selecting the wrong deck during check-in will result in penalties (see "Incorrect Deck" policy).
Check-In Policy
- Players must check in to the tournament and to each round before matches start.
- Check-in for each match must be completed within 5 minutes. Failure to check in results in an automatic game loss.
Game Start and Disconnects
- If a game disconnects during the loading screen or setup phase, players must call a judge and attempt to restart. This is only valid if no actions in-game have occurred.
- If disconnection or issues occur after the match officially starts, the affected player will receive a game loss unless resolved within the check-in timer.
Incorrect Deck
- If you accidentally choose the wrong deck, immediately call a judge via Limitless and state the issue in chat.
- Do not proceed with gameplay. Restarting requires judge approval. Any coin flip decisions will remain unchanged. If any in-game actions occur, it will result in an automatic game loss.
Bugs and Glitches
- If a game becomes unusable due to bugs, freezing, or glitches, the affected player will receive a game loss.
- If the issue occurs during the initial load/setup phase, the match may restart once. If the problem persists, a game loss will be awarded to the affected player.
End of Match
- All results must be reported on Limitless before the round's time limit ends. Failure to report will result in a tie.
- Players may concede to their opponent, but any unreported results will remain a tie. It is recommended to keep screenshots of wins or ties as proof.
Streaming Policy
- Players may stream their matches with a delay to avoid stream sniping.
- Gaining advantages from the audience during streaming is prohibited and subject to penalties after investigation.
Judge Calls
- All issues must be reported via the Judge Call button on Limitless. Issues reported elsewhere (e.g., Discord) are not guaranteed to be addressed.
Sportsmanship and Behavior
- Unsportsmanlike behavior, bullying, harassment, or exploiting in-game mechanics will result in escalating penalties: Warning → Tournament Removal → Full Series Ban.
- Players demonstrating inappropriate behavior inside or outside the event may face bans.
Reporting Matches
- Matches not reported on time will result in a tie. Always clearly communicate if a match ends due to time.
Reminder: Players are responsible for understanding and following all tournament rules.
