The Eternity League consists of holding tournaments where those who qualify for the upper cut will receive medals (passes) which will correspond to the type of energy of the current tournament. Those users who manage to collect 5 medals from different gyms will be selected to play in the final Pokemon Masters tournament where monetary prizes will be given (through PayPal) and other surprises that we will show on the Discord and Twitch channels. The winner of each series will receive an additional medal of their choice to ensure their qualification for the final battle. This is one of the gym battles that will take place.
Deck Regulations: -For this occasion, each deck will only allow water-type and colorless pokemon. Also, all supporter cards and objects will be allowed. All other energy-type pokemon are not allowed (you can register any pokemon when sending the list of decks, but when playing the rounds, the opponent can call the judge to request an automatic victory for a deck that is not allowed).
-Deck lists must be submitted and verified before the tournament begins. No deck changes are allowed once the tournament starts. Please use https://my.limitlesstcg.com/builder to search for your cards and build your deck and then save it and share/export it as a text to submit on limitless. Use of the wrong deck and not informing your opponent of the change/mistake will result in a loss for that game (not the whole match). Please double check your deck.
Gameplay Conduct: Players must arrive on time and check-in for their matches. Not checking-in in the allotted time will result in an automatic loss. If you do not respond to your opponent for 5 minutes after round check in, you will get a loss for the round.
Fair Play: No cheating, collusion, bug abusing, or unsportsmanlike behavior. If a player suspects cheating, they should screenshot any proof and notify a judge immediately.
Judging: Judges have the final say in all rulings and disputes. Players must respect and follow the decisions made by judges. Please try to screenshot any proof and submit any screenshots you have to Judges Corner
Reporting Results: Players are responsible for reporting match results on limitless.
Code of Conduct: No offensive language or behavior. Some swearing is okay, but be respectful and try to stay PG-13 at the most.
Connection Issues: Pre-Match Issues: Players should attempt to reconnect and resolve issues before starting a match. This includes a victory screen without any cards played.
During-Match Issues: If a player disconnects during a match, the player who sees the victory screen will be awarded the win. Please take and submit screenshots in this case.
Going over the allotted time: Going over the allotted time in a match by 3 or more minutes will result in an automatic tie.
This tournament features 6 Swiss rounds in a Best of 3 format, leading into a Top 16 Cut, which will follow a single elimination Best of 3 format. Each Swiss round will last 35 minutes, with a 5-minute check-in window for each round. The Top Cut is untimed and does not require check-ins. However, failure to show up and play will result in disqualification.
