Tournament Structure

Standard

  • All cards are allowed with no restrictions.
  • Players must use a single deck for the entire tournament. Deck changes during the event are prohibited.
  • Alternate art cards are allowed as long as they are gameplay-identical to the original card.
  • Free entry.

Swiss Rounds

  • Features 4 Bo3 Swiss rounds with a 40-minute duration
  • Players have 5 minutes to check in for their match; delays beyond this result in a forfeit.
  • Players with a 4-0 or 3-1 record advance to the top cut finals.
  • A maximum of 2 minutes is allowed to resolve overtime. If unresolved, the match is declared a draw.

Top Cut

  • Starts immediately after the bracket is finalised. This means you MUST watch the games feeding into yours so you do not miss your match.
  • Players with a 4-0 record may receive a bye.
  • A 5-10 minute delay in showing up to your match results in a loss. Judges may attempt to contact you on Discord if available.

Format Adjustments

  • If player count exceeds 64, additional Swiss rounds may be added with updated advancement criteria.

Prizes

  • A sense of pride and accomplishment.
  • Respect and admiration of your peers.
  • Roles on Discord for semi-finalists with an exclusive chat channel for past and future semi-finalists.
