First AATB GLC tournament using Twinleaf

This tournament is an Asynchrous Tournament meaning that you will have a week to schedule and complete your Bo3 match with your opponent.

There could be errors or disconnects during this tournament. This is just FOR FUN and for people to get use to Twinleaf as new features and cards are implemented.

There could be missing cards from your desired list, so be sure to lock in your list with what exists in TwinLeaf well in advance of the tournament. If there are missing cards that you would like in the future, please let me know!

The tournament will take place in the glc-tournaments channel in the AATB discord.

No prizing today, this is just for fun! We'll see how these rounds go and consider prizing for the future.

Format

• 4 Asynchronous Rounds
• Each Round will last one week
• Schedule and complete games with opponent during the week
• Best of 3
• Rounds start at 12:00pm EST on Mondays

ASYNC Twinleaf Test Tournament Guidelines

Please remember that these are the early days of Twinleaf and it’s very possible that we may have issues going forward.

Schedule your matches through DMs and if you’re streaming your matches let us know as we’d love to watch.

Tournament posts will happen in the AATB discord, but I will probably make posts in CBW as well.

Inevitably scheduling conflicts will arise here so do your best to work it out.

-If both players can’t find a time to play during the week it will be a draw.

• If one player must reschedule after agreeing to a time and another time can’t be agreed upon, then that player will take a game loss.
• Please act in good faith when scheduling and rescheduling matches.

Decklists are not required for this tournament and you are not required to play the same deck list the entire tournament. Please play the same deck during each week’s Bo3 Matches unless you work out a different plan with your opponent like a conquest-style match.

If you encounter a bug or error that makes your chosen deck unplayable or playable but at an extreme disadvantage you may swap cards or swap decks during your Bo3 match. Just make sure to communicate the changes to your opponent.

Bugs that may decide games may appear. It’s a bummer, but remember that we hope to eliminate these issues going forward so don’t take it too seriously for now.

If a disconnect happens and a player isn't in an obvious winning position, please restart the game if the time allows. .

When restarting the new game, make sure the same player that went first in the first games, does so in the second.

Testing for bugs is the name of the game and if you encounter a bug make sure to report it to the appropriate channels in the Twinleaf Discord.

Please do not intentionally use a bug to your advantage and try to play as faithfully to the rules as you can if a bug has unintentionally given you an advantage.
