Hello everyone, and welcome to the Pokemon TCG Mastery League! This is a Webcam + Discord tournament. Please join the discord: https://discord.gg/mTVS6nUCX3 Please follow these rules to ensure the integrity of this tournament:

Tournament Rules: Swiss Round BO1 matches are 30 minutes long with 5 mins of Check In per round. Top Cut BO3 matches are 75 minutes long with no Check In. If your opponent is inactive for more than 5 minutes, please call a judge, and we will likely issue a Game Loss to your opponent for inactivity. When time is called during Swiss Rounds BO1 the game will be a Tie, unless otherwise stated by Staff If you believe your opponent is "Playing Slowly", please call a Judge as early as possible. If your Discord crashes, it will most likely result in a game loss unless it has came to a formal conclusion. All games must be reported on Limitless before time has been called for the round otherwise they will be a "Tie". You can concede to your opponent to give them the "Win", but if there isn't a recorded result before time is called, it will stay a "Tie". It is the players responsibility to Check In prior to each match - failure to do so will result in an automatic Game Loss. Currently, the cards legal for this tournament is anything from Brilliant Stars-Surging Sparks. Any card from past or future sets is not permitted. All cards used must be in the same color sleeves or no sleeves at all. All cards used must be real cards or proxies. Proxy cards must be full color and actively shows what the card says. Prize Cards, Deck, and Discard Pile must all be visible. If there is something wrong, call a judge and DO NOT change your board state. If you do, it could drastically change the outcome of the game. Please sit in the VC that actively corresponds to the table number on discord. Obviously, you must be in discord for the matches. Mic is optional. If you don't have a mic, please talk in the micless-peasents channel. You must submit your decklist before round 1 starts.
