Player Behaviour
Dishonesty
Stream sniping or switching Pokémon mid-set is strictly prohibited in the Snowpoint Skirmish. Violations may lead to a player being banned from future events.
Sportsmanship
All participants deserve respect and a safe competitive environment. Harassment of players or staff on any platform is unacceptable and will result in an immediate ban. {Treat others the way you wish to be treated.}
Coercion
Attempting to influence match outcomes through bribery, coercion, or similar means is strictly forbidden.
Hate Speech
The Snowpoint Skirmish enforces a ZERO TOLERANCE policy regarding bigotry, hate, or racism. Offenders will be banned immediately, and the incident will be reported to other tournament organizers in the community.
Cooperation with TOs and Judges
Tournament Organizer (TO) and Judge decisions are final. Refusal to comply with rulings can result in removal from the event.
Discord Participation
All players are required to join the tournament's Discord server for updates: Discord Link.

17–32 Players: 5 Swiss Rounds
33–64 Players: 6 Swiss Rounds
65–128 Players: 7 Swiss Rounds
Round Timers Battle Time: 20 minutes
Player Time: 7 minutes
Preview Time: 90 seconds
Turn Time: 45 seconds
Round Timer: 45 minutes
Round start times will be posted in Discord. Players have 5 minutes after a round starts to check in and begin their match.
You must check in for every round. Failing to do so may result in a game or round loss.
Players who do not check in before the tournament begins may be dropped before the first round.

Judge Assistance
Need Help? Call a Judge for:
- No-show opponents
- Team sheet issues
- Incorrect score reports
- Player behaviour concerns
- Disconnections
- Team Sheet Issues
- Before the Round Begins:
Notify a Judge immediately.
Update your team to match the submitted team sheet. If corrections cannot be made, inform the Judge and notify each opponent of the discrepancy at the start of your matches. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
After the Round Begins:
- Call a Judge.
- Provide evidence (screenshots or recordings).
- If verified, the player with the incorrect team will receive a game loss (if the issue arises in game 3, the round is forfeited).
- Correct the team or notify all subsequent opponents about the issue. Failing to do so may lead to disqualification.
Disconnection Protocol
If a disconnection occurs:
- Note the error code.
- Capture a screenshot or photo of the error.
- Notify a Judge.
Streaming Permission
By participating, you grant Snowpoint Skirmish permission to stream your matches with live commentary. If you do not wish to have your matches included in streams or videos, contact Dread#4666 on Discord before the event.
