Pokemon TCG Pocket CEBU Presents: 1st Mini Tournament
How to Register:
- Login or Create an account
- Click "Register Now" to sign up for the event.
How to Play:
- Online: Matches will be played on the Pokémon TCG Pocket app using the Private Match feature in one sitting.
- Proof of Victory: It is highly recommended that players take screenshots of their Victory screens(Card of the Game page).

Tournament Rules
Structure:
- Swiss System: You will be paired with a new opponent each round and your goal is to earn as many wins/points as possible.
- A match win is worth 1 point.
- A match loss or draw is worth 0 pts.
- Top Cut: At the end of the Swiss period, the top players will advance to a single-elimination bracket.
- Best-of-3: All matches in this tournament are best-of-three games. This means you will play up to three games against each opponent; the first player to win two games is declared the match winner.
Deck Rules:
All currently available Pokémon TCG Pocket cards are allowed.
You can use a different deck every match.
Check-In Period:
- Call time will start at 6pm on Nov 9 Saturday through a Group Post with details of the matchups.
- Participants should be present in the Battle Community Chat by 6:30pm.
- 6:30pm onwards: You should coordinate the Match Password with your opponent and begin play within that period. Players who are late and/or non-responsive may incur a penalty including match loss and possibly removal from the event.
- Player wins round if 10 mins before the next round starts and opponent is no-show.
- Participants who finished a match should be ready for the next one.
Gameplay Rules:
- Proof of Match Result: It is recommended that players take a screenshot of the Victory screen(Card of the Game page) for each game and post it in the Battle Community Chat. You should keep a copy until the end of the tournament in case there is a dispute. If two players disagree on the outcome of a game and neither has proof, it will be scored a double loss.
- Time Limit: in-game match time
- Game Loss Due to Connectivity Issues: It is our policy that each game initiated should count toward the match outcome. If a player’s game becomes unresponsive due to internet or app issues, that player should accept the game loss.
- Any disputes should be resolved by the tournament official.
Sportsmanship and Fair Play:
- Maintain good sportsmanship throughout the tournament.
- Avoid any disruptive or disrespectful behavior.
Prize Structure:
*This is a friendly tournament with no prize pool. This will serve as a baseline for future tournaments both friendly matches or with prizes.
