Welcome to VGCA's Halloween Cup tour! This tournament's format has some CUSTOM RULES, as listed below:
- All Pokemon in your team must have at least one of the following types: Ghost, Dark, Poison, Bug and Fairy.
- These Pokemon don't need to be available in the regional dex, for example: Nihilego is legal.
- None of the regional gimmicks are legal, so no Tera, Dmax, Z-Moves or Megas.
- VGC Rules still apply, so no restricteds, no mythicals, item clause etc.
If any of your pokemon fail to meet these criteria, you will not be allowed to bring it to any battles. If three or more of your pokemon fail to meet your criteria you will be Disqualified.
Outside of this the standard rules apply, don't be a jerk, and have fun!

15 minute round check-in
players with 4 or more points OR top 8, whichever is higher, advance to the next phase
