GS Cup is a Double Restricted format. If you don't know what that means, use Regulation G as a base. Regulation G allows Paradox Pokémon, Legendary Pokémon, and only 1 Restricted Legendary Pokémon. The only difference between Regulation G and GS Cup is that GS Cup allows 2 Restricted Pokémon.
