Welcome to the VGCA Special Tournament! This month the format will be National Dex, this means:

• All standard pokemon will be allowed, even those not in SV (This includes Legendaries, Paradoxes, UBs etc.)
• Restricted legendaries and Mythicals are still banned
• Terastilization and Dynamax are banned
• Mega Stones and Z-Crystals are allowed
• Games will be played Bo3 with Open Team Sheets
• Making OHKO moves 100% accurate is banned (mainly applies to No Guard + Fissure Machamp)
