Welcome to the VGCA Open Book Tournament! This tournament will be played in Regulation H. Unlike last time, this tournament will be played on official copies of Scarlet and Violet, with the winner earning a legitimate shiny Gible as a prize!
Rules:
- We'll be playing in the Regulation H format
- Bigoted/Unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated
- 6 rounds of swiss will be played, after which the top players advance to top cut
- Either everyone at X-2 or the top 8 will play in top cut, depending on which has more players
- The most important one: have fun!

45 minutes per round
10 minute round check-in
players with 4 or more points OR top 8, whichever is higher, advance to the next phase
