Welcome to the VGCA Pre-Worlds regulation H tournament! A bit earlier than we usually play to avoid overlap with worlds.
Rules:
- Regulation H ruleset (no legendaries or paradoxes allowed.)
- Bigoted/Unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated, please behave!
- If any issues show up while playing call a judge, you'll get help in no time!
