Head Bussa's Hoedown #11 Prep for Regulation H
The Format for the tournament is the upcoming VGC Regulation H. The Swiss Rounds are best of 1, followed by a Best of 3 Top Cut, to be played on cartridge. The Number of Swiss & Top Cut rounds will scale based on the turnout Here's the ruleset that we'll be following for all events
