Friday VGC Especial rules #2 , It is a VGC Practice Tournament, where certain restrictions are placed on putting together Pokémon teams.

This week's rules are:

1-) You must include at least One "ReGi" Pokemon in your team. (Ice, rock, steel, eleki, draco, gigas)

2-) Caly ice and Cali Shadow are banned

3-)The "Safety Googles" object is banned
