Hey Trainers!

My name is Spade and I'm dipping my toes into the online tournament scene. If you're looking for prizes, I currently don't have any. However, I do plan to have prizing in the near future so stick around for those opportunities!

Please read all of the following:

If an error or bug occurs in your game. Please take call a judge. Upon requesting a judge, a screen shot will likely be requested from both players to make sure claims are legitimate. Without a proper screen shot it's difficult to figure out the state of the game before the bug happened.

If you get disconnected, you will get a game loss unless still within the check in time. If you get disconnected then will be a game loss. If a bug occurs in the middle of a match, call a judge. A judge will determine a restart or not.
** Restarts will not be granted after the 15 minute mark in each round. In the event of a disconnect after this point, screenshots will determine an outcome to the game. In the event BOTH players agree to a tie after a disconnect, it will be granted.

Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated. Any proof of unsportsmanlike conduct will result in immediate disqualification from the tournament. No exceptions!

When time is called, any matches still being played will result in a tie for the round. If you believe you are being slow-played to force a tie, you may call for a judge and stream the match to prove the accusation.
** Slow play is the intentional time-wasting inside a game to force time to run out and grant a tie where a likely loss would be given to the offending player.

It's strongly recommended to have screenshot of any win or tie upon the conclusion of a game. If you leave a game without any explanation, it will be seen as a concession. If you call a judge to dispute a result in a match (for example you won, but shows up as a tie) please send screen shots to the staff.

Check in is mandatory! Check in will open 2 hours before the tournament start time. If you fail to check in, you will be dropped from the tournament.

All rulings made by staff are final. Even if you believe the ruling is wrong, we aren't perfect and will strive to do better in future tournaments.
