Hoenn State Anniversary Invitational is a tournament for 16 selected content creators to use the Ruby & Sapphire Regional dex in the current regulation E format to celebrate the 21st anniversary of the Ruby & Sapphire games! This will be a double elimination bracket utilizing Open Team Sheets. Each round will be best of 3.
