What is the 2004 Worlds Modified Format?

Why is a decklist required?

Decks will be required upon Check-in. This is to acquire data for the format as a whole and to account for malicious intent. Players are not allowed to change their decks upon checking in and will be disqualified from all rounds and Prizing if caught doing so.

Is there a player cap?

There is a max participation of 64. This will increase if demand ensues. If we get at least 40 players, an additional booster box will be added to the pool.

May I spectate games?

Spectation is allowed. TCGOne has a button to disable spectation, but it does not work for Patreon members. Patreon members WILL NOT be allowed to disable spectation. We wish to be fair to players who would rather keep certain cards a secret in their deck, but we are playing by honor system. Players are encouraged to report any malicious play or cheating they may encounter. Note! You are expected to maintain professionalism and follow the normal Pokemon TCG Guidelines for Player Conduct.

What format will we be using?

Note! TCGOne has been known for bugs within the system. While no major cards have any known bugs currently, it is important to address a bug when present, but your match will still be played normally. Minor Bugs are cards that are not programmed correctly.

Are there any bugs that wouldn't count against me?

If you and your opponent experience a "Game Engine Error" you may appeal to extend the match. Contact one of the tournament hosts if you have any questions.
