Welcome to Xaria's Testing Tournaments
Welcome to Xaria's Testing Tournaments, a series of free-entry tournaments held every Monday to Thursday at 7pm AEST. This provides an excellent opportunity for players in the Asia-Pacific Region to engage in practice within a competitive tournament environment, all within a more suitable timezone. While the current iteration of the tournament does not offer prizes, please note that this may change in the future. Additionally, we are organizing a weekly tournament on Saturday nights with prizes to be won.
Player rankings and achievements can be monitored throughout this series via the following link: Xaria's Testing Tournaments Series. However, it's important to note that these rankings primarily serve as a source of pride and accomplishment.
Tournament Format and Rules:
- The tournament will adhere to the Swiss format, encompassing 5 rounds of Best of 1 matches, each lasting for 30 minutes. The number of rounds may be adjusted based on the total number of participating players.
- When the designated time for a round concludes, it will be considered a draw, unless conclusive evidence is provided to substantiate a victory before the round's expiration.
- Should you suspect your opponent of engaging in slow play, please alert a judge. If such a situation arises, streaming the game on the Discord server is mandatory to support your claim.
- Instances where a glitch or error renders the game unplayable will result in a game loss for the affected player.
- It is strongly advised to maintain screenshot evidence of any victory to preempt any potential disputes.
- Live streaming during matches is permissible; however, engaging in screen-sniping is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in an immediate disqualification (DQ) and exclusion from future events.
- Failure to complete the check-in process before a match will lead to an automatic game loss.
- Any form of cheating, including exploiting glitches to gain an unfair advantage, will lead to an immediate DQ and subsequent exclusion from future events.
- All cards are considered "legal for play" on the day they are officially released online or become accessible in the game. If the Limitless website does not yet acknowledge a specific card, it is not considered "legal for play."
We strongly encourage you to join our Discord community, accessible through the following link: Discord. Feel free to also follow my Twitch channel at twitch.tv/XariaSofia_ for updates and more content.
We sincerely hope that you find enjoyment and valuable experience through these tournaments. Your participation is greatly appreciated.
