Welcome to The Trainer Academy's 1st Online Tournament, what a time to do it with the release of Scarlet and Violet.

I feel this is one of the first UK/EU tournament organizers to have a somewhat reasonable time to play some competitive Pokemon and depending on Trainer numbers we hope to make this a weekly event.

YOU GUYS HAVE SMASHED THE REGISTRATIONS :D :D :D SO MUCH SO THAT WE HAVE RAISED THE PLAYER CAP SO EVERYONE CAN PLAY. THERE WILL BE A TOP 8 CUT WITH 2 ROUNDS OF SINGLE ELIMINATION TO DETERMINE THE TOP 4 FOR PRIZING.

Hopefully going forward we will improve the type of tournaments we host with a top 8 cut as well as what prize support to provide, obviously depending on how many Trainers are regularly competing.

Hopefully we can arrange a reasonable time and day once we've held a few tournaments and once the community have spoken :)

This event will be hosted on (Pokémon TCG Live) NOT (Pokémon Trading Card Game Online)

Tournament will begin on:

April 2nd 2023 6:00PM GMT

Registration Closes:

April 2nd 2023 5:55PM GMT

Amount of Rounds will be determined by how many players are present during round 1:

5-8 Players = 3 Rounds, 9-16 Players = 4 Rounds, 17-32 Players = 5 Rounds, 33- 64 Players = 6 Rounds, 65-128 Players = 7 Rounds, 129-212 Players = 8 Rounds, 213- 385 Players = 9 Rounds.

You will be required to use the same deck list the entire tournament! Changing your list mid event will result in a DQ from the Event and a potential ban from future events based on intent. (Screenshot and Message the Admin in Discord)
