RULES & GUIDELINES

  1. This is a VGC Regulation C tournament. Bring 6 Pokémon and Choose 4! Series 2 ruleset will be used for in game battles. Team sheet errors will result in a game loss, all tera types must be listed.

  2. Pairings for rounds and score reports are done through Limitless. Please have a device on you at all times that can access this page. It is not the tournament organizer or a judge's responsibility to check it for you.

  3. You must bring your own Nintendo Switch and copy of Pokemon Scarlet or Violet to participate, which you are personally responsible for at all times. We do not have devices for you to use and are not liable if your equipment gets lost or damaged.

  4. You are responsible for bringing a HARD COPY of your open team sheet to the event. It is preferred that the sheet is typed up. If your sheet is hand written please make sure it is extremely legible for other players and judges to read. If a portion of your sheet is deemed illegible penalties will be handed out depending on the severity of the error(s)- including but not limited to: loss of held item/move, loss of pokemon, game loss, disqualification.

  5. It is recommended that you bring some form of a portable power bank charger for your switch. There are some outlets available at location, but this is a local event. Switch docks with chargers that you receive at regionals will not be supplied at the match tables. You don’t want to be having to worry about your switch battery running out in the late rounds of swiss or even worse top cut.

  6. At the beginning of each round, you are allotted 10 minutes to check in and find your opponent. Failure to check in with your opponent after 10 minutes has passed will result in a game loss. After another 10 minutes has passed you will receive a second game loss and lose the round.

  7. Rental teams ARE allowed.
