There will 3-4 Swiss rounds most likely leading into a top 4 cut.
Proxies are acceptable, just make sure to let your opponent know which card is being used as a proxy before the match starts EX: THIS FLOAT STONE IS AN AIR BALLOON, (limit of 10 proxies per deck though unless it is printed).
