4 rounds in Phase 1
You must submit 4 deck names (don’t need whole list) in order and play each round with the deck you selected. Those with less than 4 decks on ptcgo are free to play the same decks more than once
Top 4 go to top cut. Also Best of 1. Play whatever deck you want from your list of 4
