Welcome to the CardBoard Warriors GLC Team League!
You and two of your friends can compete in our team league to find out who the best trio is in GLC!
Entry Requires a code. To receive a code to register your team contact me on discord at Wheatr#0686 or in the CardBoard Warriors discord.
Format
- Each team will have 3 player slots that will remain the same the entire season. The slots should be based on player skill so that each players best players plays each other. For example, 1 plays 1, 2 plays 2 and ace plays ace.
I am making this rule to have each best of 3 be as competitive as possible.
Submit your 1st, 2nd and Ace players to me so I can post them here prior to tournament start.
Each team will submit 6 deck lists of different types. Teams may not submit 2 Psychic deck lists, for example. Deck lists must be shared with your opponents prior to the match each week. Deck lists CAN change from week to week, but if they change during a match, it is an auto-loss. Please report discrepancies in deck lists with me with screenshot proof.
Deck lists must be submitted within 24 hours after pairings. The deck lists should be sent to me. Once I have both teams deck lists, I will distribute to the opposing team. If lists are not received within 24 hours of pairings, your team will receive a loss.
Each player from each team will play a single best of 3 against the same opponent using the same deck for each match.
To get the win for the week, your team must win 2 best of 3s against the other team. Players may choose any of the deck lists from the list of 6 their team has chosen, but after a deck list is played in a best of 3, it may not be played again during that week.
If a player has to drop, please contact me to replace that player on your team.
Matches last one week. You must submit your results by 12 PM central time each week or both teams will receive a loss.
Use #glc-team-league-scheduling to communicate with opposing teams for scheduling.
Rules
There is one registration per team
Teams must schedule the matches themselves. Join our discord to ensure there is a place for you to communicate with the opposing teams.
You must have match timers on.
If you get disconnected, you get a game loss.
Bad sportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated. If proof of such behavior, will result in a disqualification from the tournament.
If you call a judge to dispute a result in a match, for example you won, but shows up as a tie, please send screen shots to the staff via discord.
It's strongly recommended to have screenshot of any win or tie upon the conclusion of a game. If you leave a game without explicitly stating, "time is over, this is a tie," or something similar, it could be perceived as a concession.
All rulings made by CardBoard Warriors are final. No debates with any of the judge calls.
All tournament communication will take place in the CardBoard Warriors discord.
Prizes
- 1st place team: 99 packs
- 2nd place team: 51 packs
