Standard format

This is Standard format tournament.

YOU MUST CHECK IN BEFORE EACH ROUND OR IT WILL BE A LOSS EVEN IF YOU PLAY THE ROUND AND WIN IN GAME.

AT THIS TIME THERE WILL BE NO MORE PRIZING AS I HAVE BEEN GETTING WAY TO MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT PRIZING. ALL PRIZING WAS GIVEN FROM SPONSORS AND NONE PROVIDED BY ME BUT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE PRIZING AS BEEN SUSPENDED.

RULES:

Check In Policy: Players must CHECK-IN within the first 5 minutes of each round. Failure to do so will result in a game loss. In an effort to ensure as many players as possible are paired with active opponents, those who fail to check in may be dropped. If you miss a round by accident but still intend to play in future rounds, it's your responsibility to make the organizers aware that you wish to continue in the event.

Deck Sharing ON: The Deck List Sharing feature must always be turned ON in the game settings.

Match Timers ON: When you challenge your opponent you must always enable the Timed Match option.

Wrong Deck Selected: If a player chooses the wrong deck by accident, they must declare so immediately before any actions are taken. If Deck Sharing is on, the opposing player should be able to verify that the deck was in fact incorrect and the game should be replayed. If any conditions above are not met, the result is a game loss.

Illegal Decklist: If a player is discovered to have submitted a deck that does not comply with the rules, they will be dropped from the event without exception. It is the player’s responsibility to submit a legal decklist in advance; no changes of any kind are allowed once the event has started.

Disconnections/Leaving a Game: In the event of a disconnect, the timer will continue to run while the player attempts to reconnect. If the game ends the match due to inactivity or a player leaves the game for any other reason, it is considered a game loss.

Rounds: (normally)

4-8 players = 3 Swiss Rounds and No Top Cut PRIZING goes only to 1st place 9-12 players = 4 Swiss Rounds and Top 4 Cut PRIZING goes only to 1st place 13-20 players = 5 Swiss Rounds and Top 4 Cut PRIZING goes to 1st and 2nd place 21-32 players = 5 Swiss Rounds and Top 8 Cut prizing goes to 1st 2nd 3rd place 33-64 players = 6 Swiss Rounds and Top 8 Cut prizing goes to 1st 2nd 3rd place 65-128 players = 7 Swiss Rounds and Top 8 Cut prizing goes to 1st 2nd 3rd place

Prizing: PRIZING when available is generously given by sponsors and is not provided by me. However, due to multiple complaints about what prizes have been given I have until further notice suspended all PRIZING as I do not think that's right or fair to the sponsors who give out of kindness or me and my staff who work hard to get PRIZING to begin with. As a reminder PRIZING is optional and not a requirement and I think only fitting that until the mood of ungratefulness is gone PRIZING need not be a concern for players (as to not have to be upset with what is given), a concern for sponsors who can keep their gifts as well as me and my staff and the extra work it takes. Thank you.
