Introducing the CAP Summer Sunday Series!

Hello, and welcome to the CAP Summer Sunday Series! This will be an ongoing, Sunday night tournament for the Cincinnati and surrounding area Pokemon players!

This is WEEK THREE of the tournament!

Eligibility note: This event will be accessible only if you live within the tri-state area of Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana. If you would like to invite individuals to play then you are more than welcome to, but please keep it to just this tri-state area!

Format

This tournament will be run using 3-5 rounds of Swiss, Best of 1, 35 minute matches with a cut to Top X based upon the number of participants. Top Cut will be performed using Best of 3, 75 Minute matches of single elimination.

4-8 Players - 3 Rounds of Swiss, cut to top 4

9-16 Players- 4 Rounds of Swiss, cut to top 4

17-32 Players- 5 Rounds of Swiss, cut to top 8

Prizing

Each person who plays all of their Swiss rounds will receive a recent PTCGO Booster Pack code! Additionally, codes will be given out for the following placements

1st - 4 Additional Booster Pack codes

2nd - 2 Additional Booster Pack codes

3-4th - 1 Additional booster Pack code apiece

Additionally, the top 8 points earners from across the 8 weeks of play will be eligible to play in a 8-person tournament on Sunday September 4th for prizing that will be determined later! There will be a best-finish limit so that each player can take an off-week for whatever reasons they may have!
