CardBoard Warriors GLC 1K Pack Event

Welcome to the first of the major events that we at CardBoard Warriors will be hosting! Bring your most beloved GLC decks along and join in, on this completely FREE weekend of fun.

The CardBoard Warriors GLC 1K Pack Event is made up of 2 days. The first in which pits Gym Leaders against each other mercilessly for 7 rounds of BO1 swiss style action (40 mins per round with 5 mins check in timer), leading into a top 8 cut (this will be played Day 2 starting 2 hours earlier to ensure we have enough time, and the rounds are BO3). Only the strongest of the CardBoard Warriors will of made it this far, dusting themselves down and getting ready for the grueling steps to become the first CardBoard Warriors Champion and take home their fair share of the booty.

You must join the discord to be eligible for prizing. This is to ensure the smooth running of the event, allow us to stream those at the Top Tables, and allow YOU to cast votes on different community side events that may be happening along the weekend. We also welcome any feedback here and for you to share your opinions within the CardBoard Warriors community.

Rules and Stuffs

All GLC rules apply, see them here:

• Your deck can only contain one type of Pokémon.
• Only one of each card with the same name allowed in a deck, except for Basic Energy.
• Cards with a Rule Box are not allowed.
• ACE SPEC cards are not allowed.
• Legal Cards: Black & White – onwards
• 60 card decks are built & 6 Prize games are played with the most current Pokemon TCG rules.

Disconnects or game freezes etc, aren't the issue of the tournament or the staff, the game or match will be given to the opponent if you cannot reconnect in a timely manner and finish your game/match. This help ensures fairness and speed of rounds. Judges calls are final and any arguments towards staff/players or calls of abuse or bad manners will be swiftly handled and result in your exclusion from the major.
