All Chinese Pokémon Trading Card Game player compatriots (including Overseas Chinese And Compatriots In Hongkong, Macao And Taiwan) are more than welcome to participate!

赛后将会给所有参赛选手抽奖 大陆玩家将会有实体卡片还有code抽奖，中国台湾、海外和快递不好送达地区的同胞们将会给予你们抽25周年code和ol里的线上单卡进行补偿（带鱼在这里给予各位同胞十分真诚的歉意）ps:25周年code在live转换成碎片比例最合适，建议在转移到live后使用，也随着这个原因这个价值高于ss9，中奖的同胞如果想换成ss9也可以同工作人员进行沟通。

It is recommended to use it after transfer to PTCG Live. For this reason, the value of 25th anniversary pack is higher than Brilliant Stars pack(SS9), and the winner, who wants to change them to SS9, they can also communicate with our staff and we are happy to help!

罐头杯争做最好最专业的ptcg赛事，不虚假宣传称国赛后又改名，本赛事全部免费，不收取高昂报名费，公平公正，裁判持正规ptcg国际规裁判证上岗，各位训练家只需赛出风采，赛出高度。

The goal of The Can Cup is striving to be the best and most professional PTCG event. It does not falsely advertise that it will change its name after the national competition. Our event is all free, and there is no high registration fee. We will make sure it is fair and just. Please enjoy, show your style and show your height during the event!

本赛事相关规则及流程

1.本次赛事只允许华人同胞参加

2.本赛事要求全部牌手须展示五星红旗（不可使用区旗，第四届世界罐头杯将不在作此硬性要求）可以在自己的设置中进行修改。

3.本赛事规则采用ptcg国际标准环境规则。(std)

4.凡进入16强的参赛选手需要为我们在bilibili（b站）或者discord上进行直播游戏画面以便于我们进行转播解说。

5.四强选手决赛后将会进行一个较短的采访，所以请四强选手做好准备，分享比赛心得、卡组理解等问题，不强制要求，但尽量争取。谢谢各位理解

Rules and procedures related to the event.

1. We are inviting and only inviting ethnic Chinese compatriots to participate this time in this event.
2. This event requires all players to display the Chinese flag (the regional flag cannot be used, and The Can Cup IV will not make this mandatory requirement), which can be modified in their own settings.
3. The rules of this event adopt the Pokémon Trading Card Game international standard format rules.
4. All the contestants who enter the top 16 need to live broadcast the game screen for us on Bilibili or discord so that we can broadcast and explain in live.
5. A short interview will be conducted after the final of the top four players, so please prepare for the top four players and share their game experience, deck understanding and other issues in case. It is not mandatory, but try to strive for it. Thank you all for understanding.
