Registration ends at 6:45 pm Malaysia / Singapore / Philippines Time (+8 GMT) & ALL registration fields must be completed prior to 6:45 pm Malaysia / Singapore / Philippines (+8 GMT), or you will be dropped from the event.
Check-in will begin 1 hour BEFORE the beginning of the tournament, the event begins at 6:45 pm Malaysia / Singapore / Philippines (+8 GMT) & check-in begins at 5:45 pm Malaysia / Singapore / Philippines (+8 GMT).
You are required to provide the correct in-game name of your account once registering, failure to provide this will result in a game loss in the first tournament this happens and will be dropped in the succeeding tournaments that you will enter.
You will be required to submit a standard legal valid decklist (SSH - FST) before 6:45 pm Malaysia / Singapore / Philippines (+8 GMT), and decklists cannot be edited after 6:45 pm Malaysia / Singapore / Philippines (+8 GMT).
All players are REQUIRED to check-in prior to every match's start time, failure to check-in will result in an automatic game loss.
Issues and problems during your match will be handled by a tournament moderator (use the "Match Dispute" button). The tournament moderator will have the FINAL decision.
SSH onwards codes may include a mix of Sword & Shield Base Set, Rebel Clash, Darkness Ablaze, Vivid Voltage, Battle Styles, Chilling Reign, Evolving Skies, Fusion Strike, and Celebrations.
The Southeast Asia Open will follow the standard official rule set for sanctioned Pokémon TCG events.
Bullying / Harassment is strictly forbidden and will result in a ban from future tournaments.
The organizer has the right to deny any players who have a negative reputation within the Southeast Asia Open / Philippines Open series.
