BABY FORMAT DECKLIST RULES
This format is BLW on.
All banned cards in expanded are legal as long as they follow the listed guidelines!!!
Only basic Pokemon with 90 Hp or less can be used.
Cannot use Stage 1-or-Stage 2 pokemon.
No Supporter Trainer cards can be used.
Stadium and Tool cards have singleton rules. (Only one card of each with the same name per deck)
No cards with rule boxes can be used. (EX, GX, V, VMAX, Ace Spec, Break, Ancient Trait etc.)
Special energy cards have singleton rules. (Only one card of each energy with the same name per deck)
