This tournament is the Standard format, plus the Supporter card N. To create a more dynamic "format" Marnie will also be banned to encourage people to play N in their decks instead of just plain Standard decks.

You are not required to play N in your deck.

If your opponent is not playing a Standard legal deck or their deck plays Marnie, please request a judge. (Obviously N does not count in this rule)
