How To Register
THIS EVENT IS FREE, and has a $100 CASH PRIZE!
Important: Join Gyrosean's discord server for information on full and up-to-date tournament details, including pairings with your opponent via the Tables on the server: https://discord.gg/ZvxCf5f3kX
You must fill in all required additional information fields during registration (Age, Discord, E-mail) with accurate information or you will be dropped from the event!
You must be 13 to play. If you're under 18, you'll need to submit a parental consent form::
To access the consent forms, you must first join the GGtoor Discord: https://discord.gg/GUhyZxFH8Q , and when you're there, don't forget to grab the Digimon role by reacting with "i" in the #get-roles channel!
You can find that on the discord in the #resources channel on GGtoor's Discord found here: https://discord.com/channels/708790719015551017/761211030927441940/786226171864023050.
(You must first join the server to have access to the form, see above!) Please email this form to: Sinobii@ShadowGamingTV.com at least 24 hours before the event starts. If you sent a form before and the version has since changed, we will need a new one. (If you send it after this time, we will try our best to still process your registration, IF time permits... The sooner you get it in, the less likely you'll be dropped)
If you fail to follow any of the above requirements, you will be dropped from the tournament.

You must be contactable by a judge at all times during the tournament, preferably via discord or as a minimum in the match chat. Players that do not respond to judge communication run the risk of being awarded match losses or being dropped from the tournament.
Rules & Regulations:
Bullying, Harassments, or failure to comply with tournament staff or fellow competitors will not tolerated by any means.
Players are required to communicate with their paired opponents, and place themselves into a match in a timely fashion..
Players are required to use the same deck list throughout the tournament - If a player make changes to their submitted deck list, they will automatically lose the match.
If a player does not show up during any round, and does not contact a judge, they may be dropped from the event by Staff without notice.
Cheating of any kind will result in disqualification without prizes from the event, and being banned from all future events. If you are in a match where you believe your opponent cheated, please send any evidence you may have to the tournament staff.
Sportsmanlike conduct is expected. You are NOT allowed to be disruptive or grief your opponent in Real Life, such as in any Discord or Twitch chat (or any other actions that could be considered unsportsmanlike conduct except for actions intended to be allowed within the game itself as part of normal game-play.) If you do, your actions may result in a game loss, match loss, or disqualification from the event without prizes, solely at the discretion of the Tournament Staff.
If you have the capability, live streaming and/or recording video of all of your matches is a good idea, to help eliminate any possibility of any dispute arising as to performance in a given match. If you stream publicly, we suggest adding a time delay! If someone you are playing is watching your stream, they will not be penalized - you have to power to avoid being stream sniped by not showing your hand in real-time during a cash prize event by adding the time delay. We ask you add #GGtoor to the stream title.
Spectating others matches via Discord is allowed, but both players have the right to request spectators (other than event staff) leave the voice channel, and such requests must be honored. Any disruption via spectating will result in a disqualification from the tournament for the spectator, and potential ban from future events. Staff may kick spectators from voice channels if needed for any reason.
Any and all matches for this event may be streamed on a designated/one of our Official Twitch channels. By registering for this event, you agree that we may live re-broadcast your live stream from our designated Twitch channels and commentate any game-play during the course of the event, as well as create VODs of this Content, which we may choose to make available on our official Youtube channels and other platforms, so others may marvel at your awesome plays (or epic fails!)
By registering for the event, it means you agree to the GGtoor Terms of Use: https://ggtoor.com/terms.php
The minimum player cap for cash prizing is 32 players. Custom playmats for the Top 4 will remain in all circumstances.
Funds for Cash prize winners will be sent via PayPal, and winners will be required to provide full Legal Name, and Physical Mailing Address (along with the email address associated with the PayPal account) for winnings to to be disbursed.
ALL DECISIONS BY THE TOURNAMENT ORGANZINER OF THIS EVENT ARE FINAL.
