THIS EVENT WILL BE THE SWSH-EVS FORMAT (POST ROTATION)

Bubbles Cup Qualifier Tournaments are held every week or so (dates and times may change week by week)

Swiss rounds are 25 minutes long & top cut BO3 matches are 50 minutes long

This event has 2 phases (2 swiss phases and then top cut. It may change based on the number of players.)

Length of the swiss phases is determined by the # of participants

Entry fee into this tournament is free.

Check-in will begin 2 hours BEFORE the beginning of the tournament, the event begins at 2:00 pm EST & check-in begins at 12:00 pm EST

You will be required to submit a standard legal valid deck list before 2pm EST, and deck lists cannot be edited after 2pm EST.

All players are required to check-in prior to every match's start time, failure to check in will result in an automatic game loss.

Bubbles Cup events follow the standard official rule set for sanctioned Pokémon TCG events.

TOP CUT

Going First or Second: The winner of the coin flip decides who goes first for Game 1. For Games 2 & 3 in best-of-three matches, the loser of the prior game gets to decide who goes first. (In cases where the winner of the previous game wins the coin flip and selects the wrong option by accident, the opponent is entitled to request a restart of the affected game).

Wrong Deck Selected: If a player chooses the wrong deck by accident, they must declare so immediately before any actions are taken. If Deck Sharing is on, the opposing player should be able to verify that the deck was in fact incorrect and the game should be replayed. If any conditions above are not met, the result is a game loss.

INVITATIONAL

Our top 32 ranked players, after 8 tournaments of Bubbles Cup will be invited! ( If some don't show up, we may be inviting players outside of the top 32.)

All players who qualify for the invitational will be asked to stream their matches!
