Each player must check in an hour before the tournament or they will be dropped from the tournament. Each player must send 2 Evolving skies packs to the ign "raio120" on PTCGO, IF YOU DONT SEND YOUR PACKS YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE PRIZING. Each deck must fulfill the standard requirements.
