StealthShampoo Sunday Hosted by StealthShampoo (SSHSS) is a real life event in Northern California! These will be weekly events. If you are in the area and would like to participate, please DM head judge StealthShampoo#0001 on Discord, or email nicky @ stealthshampoo dot com to get the address. THIS IS NOT A SANCTIONED EVENT. NOTE: START TIME FOR THIS EVENT IS LISTED AS 12:30pm PDT, but we are having the Evolving Skies Prerelease first at the same time (also on Limitless). This event's registration will still end at 12:30pm PDT, and we may or may not hold the event based on player interest, table availability, and timing.

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

• Date: August 15th, 2021.


• Start time: 12:30pm PDT -- Registration also ends at this time. No round check-in, but please arrive and pay before the start time.


• Card Legality: TEU-CRE -- we will always play the standard format available on the PTCGO standard ladder. However, for the first 7 days of a set release, the newest set or new promos will not be legal for SSHSS, even if it is legal on the PTCGO standard ladder.


• Decklists: You do not need to submit a decklist, however it is your responsibility to make sure you are playing a legal 60-card deck! Be sure you do not swap cards between rounds.


• Format: Swiss, best of 1, 30 minute rounds, no top cut. Wins are worth 3 points, ties are worth 1.


• Entry fee and prizing: $4 CASH. Each entry adds 1 Sword and Shield era pack to the prize pool.


• Registration code: Grab the registration code from the Team Kam and Friends Discord. If you need an invite, please DM head judge StealthShampoo#0001 on Discord, or email nicky @ stealthshampoo dot com.


• Player Safety: This event will be in full compliance with the Play! Pokémon COVID-19 requirements. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove without refund players who fail to follow these rules. View the full Play! Pokémon COVID-19 requirements at the bottom of this page.
  
  1. DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU FEEL/SHOW COVID-19 RELATED SYMPTOMS.
  2. Face coverings are required at ALL times.
  3. No eating or drinking in the play areas, but please feel free to step outside to eat or drink!
  4. You must use hand sanitizer before the beginning of each round. The venue will provide some, but you're encouraged to bring your own!
  5. Please do not gather closely around tables to spectate -- matches will be seated with 6 feet social distancing in mind.
  6. All events will have a maximum cap of 30 players. There is a chance the cap may be lower than this, but it will not exceed 30 players unless TPCi changes this requirement.
  
  
• Player Eligibility: Players under the age of 13 are not allowed on Discord in compliance with the Discord terms of service. Players under the age of 13 may still play, but must be accompanied by an adult, and show up early to register. All other players must be in good standing, and avoid bullying/harassment/bad conduct while at the SSHSS and in online communications.


• Livestreams and media: Livestreams or recordings may occur at these events. By participating, you agree to be recorded for a livestream or video content.


• Proxy cards: Proxy cards will be allowed under one circumstance: players are allowed to use up to four (4) cards in different languages. The cards must be equivalent to a card in the event's format, and available in Standard in English. If a player chooses to use proxy cards in this way, each unique card must also be accompanied by a full color, readable printout, in English, of each unique proxy card. All other cards MUST be in English. Proxy printout cards in the deck are not allowed without head judge approval at the live event.


• Updates and more info: Tournament details are subject to change because of (but not limited to): changes in local regulations, head judge availability, store space availability, ect. Please keep an eye on the Discord, the most current updates will be posted in #stealthshampoo-sunday. Online communications will take place over Discord outside of the event for coordination purposes.
