This the third tournament in the Vaporeon Biweekly Series. Top 16 in points total will be invited to Vaporeon biweekly invitational.

Rules: By participating you agree to play by the spirit of game. No stream sniping, intentional slow playing, etc.
6 BO1 Swiss rounds followed by Top Cut for 8 players. Intentional draws are allowed. You must check in each round in order to avoid automatic losses. Number of Phase 1 Swiss Rounds is subject to change depending on number of participates.
