Welcome to the fourth tournament in the r/PokemonTCG Discord Series, Budget Expanded! In this format, players will compete with Expanded format decks that only consist of Common and Uncommon rarity cards. No Rare, Ultra Rare, or Promo cards will be allowed in your deck. This includes all Trainer and Special Energy cards. You may use bling cards in your deck if it has the exact same card text as its Common/Uncommon version.

In addition to the regular Expanded format bans, the following cards will also be banned.

• Lillie’s Poke Doll
• Robo Substitute
• Cryogonal UNM
• Bunnelby PRC
• Shinx UPR

This tournament will consist of:

• 48 hour rounds (with eligibility to a time extension)
• Open Decklists
• Best out of 3
• Wins = 3 points, Ties = 1 point, Loss = 0 points
• The first coin flip is decided by the winner of the in game flip. The second and third games will be decided by the loser of the previous game.
