Spectating

Spectating must be enabled for all tournament matches. Players may spectate any match, but only after completing a round against an opponent. (This prevents players from choosing a deck after scouting opponents' decks.) Players are also asked not to comment on a match in progress in a way that could affect a player's decisions.
