General Rules:

• Best of 1 Swiss 25 Minute Rounds
• Best of 3 Single Elimination Top Cut 50 Minute Rounds
• Pass-Pass is enforced (more down below)

  If a player fails to do this, the match is reset, if this happens a 2nd time in a set, the player who forgets takes a loss for that match (note, the match, not the round)

• Check-in opens at 5:30PM EST
• Registration closes at 6:00PM EST

Deck Rules:

Rules:

• All cards must be from the sets ranging from Black & White Base Set to Boundaries Crossed.
• All cards from Trainer Kit – Excadrill and Trainer Kit – Zoroark are legal.
• All BW Black Star Promos numbered BW01 to BW50, BW52 to BW57, and BW60 are legal.

Additional Rulings:

Pass-Pass for this format is as follows:

• Player A Turn 1: pass (no other action allowed)
• Player B Turn 1: pass (no other action allowed)
• Player A Turn 2: play as turn 1 (no evolution)
• Player B Turn 2: play as turn 1 (no evolution)

Then the game continues as normal

Ties

Ties were not legal at this time, they will not be for this tournament.

Pokémon Catcher Clause:

• Pokémon Catcher: Switch your opponent's Active Pokémon with one of his or her Benched Pokémon.
• To preserve the integrity of this format, you are expected to use Repel or Pokémon Circulator, then announce to your opponent which Benched Pokémon you wish to target.
