• Best of 3 Single Elimination Top Cut 50 Minute Rounds

• Check-in opens at 10:30AM EST
• Registration closes at 11:00AM EST
• You must submit your 1 Vivid Voltage Pack Entry to user > Vikman14618 < before 11:20AM EST or you will be dropped

Deck Rules:

• All cards must be from the sets ranging from Black & White Base Set to Ultra Prism
• All cards from Trainer Kit – Excadrill and Trainer Kit – Zoroark are legal
• All cards from XY Trainer Kit - Sylveon and XY Trainer Kit - Noivern are legal
• All cards from XY Trainer Kit - Bisharp and XY Trainer Kit - Wigglytuff are legal
• All cards from XY Trainer Kit - Latias and XY Trainer Kit - Latios are legal
• All cards from XY Trainer Kit - Pikachu-Libre and XY Trainer Kit - Suicune are legal
• All cards from SM Trainer Kit - Lycanroc and SM Trainer Kit - Alolan Raichu are legal.
• All BW Black Star Promos numbered BW01 and higher are legal.
• All XY Black Star Promos numbered XY01 and higher are legal.
• All SM Black Star Promos numbered SM01 to SM44, SM46 to SM60, SM62 to SM91, SM93 to SM102, SM105 to SM107, SM119 to SM121 are legal.

Additional Rulings:

Pass-Pass for this format is as follows:

• Player A Turn 1: pass (no other action allowed)
• Player B Turn 1: pass (no other action allowed)
• Player A Turn 2: play as turn 1 (no evolution) (no attack)
• Player B Turn 2: play as turn 1 (no evolution)

Then the game continues as normal
