- You must submit your 2 Vivid Voltage Pack Entry to user > Vikman14618 < before 6:20PM EST or you will be dropped

Deck Rules:
- All cards must be from the sets ranging from Ultra Prism to Sword and Shield Base Set.
- All SM Black Star Promos numbered SM94 and higher are legal
- All SWSH Black Star Promos numbered SWSH001 to SWSH017 are legal.
