Pass-Pass will be enforced for this event.
- You can use any Cards that behave functionally the same as HGSS cards (i.e. Professor Oak's New Theory = Cynthia)
- Best of 1 Swiss 30 min rounds
- Best of 3 Single Elimination 75 min rounds
- Any issues can be PM'd to me Vi$un14618#4420 or our other staff
- Round check-in is 6 minutes
- Registration closes at 2:30 EST
- Decklist Submission closes when the tournament begins
- This tournament will have a minimum of 50 Vivid Voltage contributed to its prize pool (any and all contributions will be added to the pool)
Instructions for Pass-Pass:
- Player A Turn 1 : pass (no other action allowed)
- Player B Turn 1 : pass (no other action allowed)
- Player A Turn 2 : play as turn 1 (no evolution) (no trainers at all)
- Player B Turn 2 : play as turn 1 (no evolution) then the game continues as normal
